We currently ship to:

  • Mainland Spain
  • European Union countries

If you would like to place an order from a destination not listed above, please contact us at info@joyerialasperlas.com and we will assess the possibility of shipping to your location.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

The delivery times below are estimates and begin once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Canary Islands

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 5 business days.

Mainland Spain

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 10 business days.

European Union

  • Estimated delivery time: up to 10 business days.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Las Perlas, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or periods of high demand.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Las Perlas reserves the right to offer free shipping promotions or special shipping rates at its discretion.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information, where available.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Las Perlas shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures.
  • Strikes, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.
  • Periods of exceptionally high demand.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Las Perlas is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged or if you experience any delivery-related issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by emailing:

Please include photographs and a detailed description of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Las Perlas due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package within the carrier's specified timeframe, any additional shipping costs for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
