Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
At Las Perlas, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at info@joyerialasperlas.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned items must:

Be returned in their original condition.

Show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Include the original packaging, certificates, labels, tags, and accessories where applicable.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Las Perlas will issue a refund using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Product Exchanges
In addition to your statutory rights, Las Perlas offers a voluntary exchange period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

Be in perfect condition.

Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Include all original packaging, certificates, labels, tags, and accessories.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Las Perlas reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with these conditions.
3. Store Credit
Where an exchange is approved, Las Perlas may issue a store credit voucher instead of a replacement product if requested by the customer.
Store credit vouchers:

Are personal and non-transferable.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

May only be redeemed for products available from Las Perlas.

Remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
4. Excluded Products
The following products are excluded from returns, exchanges, and refunds unless they present a manufacturing defect or do not conform to the order placed:

Personalized or custom-made jewelry.

Made-to-order products.
-
Products altered, resized, engraved, or modified at the customer's request.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, impact damage, breakage, or tampering.

Products damaged due to improper care, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Jewelry Care and Maintenance
Jewelry is a delicate product and requires appropriate care and maintenance.
Las Perlas shall not be held responsible for damage, deterioration, breakage, loss of stones, deformation, discoloration, wear, or any other alteration resulting from:

Improper use of the jewelry.

Impacts, falls, or accidents.

Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, or other corrosive substances.

Contact with salt water, swimming pools, spas, or similar environments.

Lack of proper cleaning or maintenance.

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
Customers are strongly advised to remove jewelry before participating in sports activities, manual work, household chores, swimming, or any activity that may expose the jewelry to damage.
6. Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you must notify Las Perlas within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the product by contacting info@joyerialasperlas.com.
The item will be inspected and assessed. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Las Perlas will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow proper care instructions shall not be considered a manufacturing defect.

8. Shipping Costs
Unless the return or exchange is required due to an error by Las Perlas or a verified manufacturing defect, all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
Las Perlas recommends using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
