Terms and Conditions – Product Use and Exchange Policy

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and purchase of jewelry items from Las Perlas. By purchasing from our store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:


1. Responsibility for Use

 

1.1 Upon delivery of the product, Las Perlas shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss, or deterioration resulting from improper use, handling, or storage of the item by the customer.


1.2 Improper use includes, but is not limited to:

Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents.

Physical impacts, bending, or breakage due to mishandling.

Unauthorized alterations or repairs by third parties.

 

1.3 The customer is solely responsible for the care and maintenance of the purchased jewelry, in accordance with the care instructions provided by Las Perlas.

 

2. Exchange Policy

 

2.1 Customers are entitled to request an exchange within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery.


2.2 Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, together with all certificates, accessories, and documentation originally provided.

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) must be presented.

 

2.3 Las Perlas reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item shows signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.


3. Exclusions

 

3.1 The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Items modified at the request of the customer.

Items that display any signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

 

4. Exchange Procedure

 

4.1 To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact Las Perlas Customer Service within the 15-day period via the contact methods listed on our website.


4.2 The customer must provide:

Order number.

Reason for the exchange.

Photographic evidence of the item’s condition.

 

4.3 Upon approval, the customer must ship the item back using a secure, trackable delivery service. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Applicable Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Las Palmas, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
