Store Policy – Product Use & Exchanges

At Las Perlas, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry crafted and restored with care. To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business, we have established the following policy:

1. Responsibility for Use

Once a jewelry item has been purchased and delivered, Las Perlas is not responsible for any damage, deterioration, or other issues resulting from improper use, handling, or storage by the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to: exposure to chemicals, impacts, bending, scratching, or alteration by third parties.

We recommend following our Jewelry Care Guidelines to maintain the beauty and longevity of your pieces.

2. Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may exchange it within 15 calendar days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is in its original condition and has not been worn, altered, or damaged.

It is returned in its original packaging, including any certificates or accessories.

Proof of purchase is provided.

Exchanges are not available for:

Custom-made or personalized items.

Items that show signs of wear or misuse.

3. Process for Exchange

To request an exchange:

Contact our Customer Service team within the 15-day period.

Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and photos of the item.

Once approved, ship the item back to us using a tracked delivery service.
